We want the `GOVERNMENT` to use a common sense approach on the building of `ALL` new properties on flood plains, this would be to raise them on stilts and so prevent flooding and insurance costs plus the personal upset when floods happen, other countries do this, it makes sense, we want to see this approach as above.

Lets hope the government sees the same.
