Rejected petition Remove the driver cpc

I would like the government to remove the driver cpc as it is a total waste of time for a driver. That just cost us money out of our pockets. Also it would give rights back to drivers who want to drive but don't due to the cpc scheme.

If you don't use the cpc scheme on normal drivers across the country why use it it at all.
