Petition ability to stop recruitment agencies from contacting the jobseeker

At the moment the jobseeker can only go to the REC or the trade body for the recruitment agency, if indeed they belong to either.
The REC or trade body cannot regulate the industry, we need the BIS to start doing this asap.

There is no 'off' switch so the agency cannot contact the jobseeker in the future.

At the moment, they are contacting the jobseeker with jobs that do not match our skillsets, so a 'off' switch would show the recruitment agencies how many actually are searching for work.

Even if we are in work, and have told them as such, the agencies can still contact us.

We literally have no control over them as a jobseeker or as a contractor.
