Petition Control of social sites per the law in person

Laws are needed for social sites as follows:

Either force them to have a warning window saying they risk being charged for `abuse` or `bullying` and `threats` for UK users due to the fact we can only control the UK.

Or make these sites responsible for their own sites to protect everybody, at this time some have taken their own lives through the mindless actions of others who think it funny to do these things.

The UK government MUST act on these idiots as it would not be allowed to do these things in person per the laws.

Please take action to protect EVERYBODY.
