I need them to make it law for private healthcare company's to pay there care workers more than minimum wage

As we have been through terrible times the past 18 months some care homes have been massively effected by covid 19 and some care company's have not even yet said a thank you to there care workers who have kept the company's going and protected our most vulnerable at this horrific time I think they should be made to pay more than minimum wage
