There have been numerous studies concerning the negative effects of high levels of fluoride consumption. As an individuals fluoride consumption can not be known any extra added to water supplies could be detrimental to an individuals health and well being. If fluoride is added routinely to water supplies the individual losses all control over the amount they consume as they have no choice but to consume it.
