Public transport strikes cause significant disruption to those of us working hard to get the economy back on track. The recently announced strikes on the London Underground are cynical and unpatriotic and will damage the economy.

Maintenance of public transport is in the public interest and as such, the right to strike should be withdrawn from all employees in that industry.
