This government should compensate food banks for any sanctioned benefit claimants that are fed by them, and who later win their appeals.
In view of David Cameron refusing EU financing for food banks, he must tell the DWP to compensate food banks for the unnecesary load they place on them.
Many who are sanctioned , have it done to meet targets and this government use the food banks to bail out claimants whose benefits have been stopped. This is an emergency service, not a bail out for an uncaring government.
