Online crime is a serious scourge on society. Despite the precautions used, online criminals find a way round them. Online grooming/fraud/terrorism/theft levels are high. introducing a certified online unique workable registration system through the servers rather than network providers. Applying a unique pin number, ie, national insurance number, to enable internet browsing no matter what equipment used. Easy for police and other agencies to trace crime to the person efficiently. Will also merge the many department's information sharing problem too. The main frame systems the network providers use could still be used. A quicker identification of criminals.Could also be applied worldwide. the servers could cheaply and easily upgrade to unique password enabled browsing and isn't as intrusive, encompasses human rights effectively. Will safeguard children proficiently.
