Hywel Dda Health Board have threatend to downgrade Bronglais in Aberystwyth, to an A&E, people will have to travel to Carmarthen. Hywel Dda Health board has put Bronglais in a bad situation. wards are slowly closing, and there have been talks of the whole hospital to be downgraded into one big A&E. this means patients will be stabelized in Bronglais, then taken to Carmarthen for treatment. this will break the 'Golden Hour'. the Golden Hour is where people are treated within an hour of their accident. if Hywel Dda get away with this, there will be no proper Hospital in Mid Wales
