Rejected petition Abolish fines for school holidays OR stop teachers striking

It should either be allowed that the headteacher of a school can authorise holidays during term time, (the same rules as per September 2013,) or teachers should not be allowed to strike or close the school for any reason other than the normal school holidays. (Same rules as the Police Force who are not allowed to strike for any reason.) The school closing for teachers being on strike etc disrupt my childrens education just as much as a family holiday would.
