Rejected petition Implement 'Plan B' of the winter Covid plan with immediate effect.

With the number of new daily infections and deaths rising, the government must immediately implement 'Plan B' of the covid winter plan involving wearing of masks in indoor and crowded places and the re-introduction of social distancing.

Without this, covid cases will continue to rise and there will be more needless deaths.
The foremost responsibility of any government is to protect it's citizens and these measures won't even require governent spending.
