Petition Online opt out for NHS Patient data sharing

With the planned sharing of NHS patient data with private companies, there seems to be no easy way to Opt-out.
The leaflets planned for early 2014 apparently will explain you have a right to do so, requiring you to write to your GP, but no standard form and easy online way to do this.
So much for the new digital government.
We should have the ability to go online and opt-out (or opt-in).
