Rejected petition Change Child maintenance service (CMS) policy update.

If a receiving parent of child maintenance stops the paying parent from access to thier children. The paying parent has to go through court to fight for access of their child. Policy needs to state if the receiving parent makes this decision without a court order then they forfeit their CSA money.
