doctors are lacking motavation most doctors will not spend other up most time making sure that a person goes away well or on the path to recovery there are to many doctors that are becoming lazy and it is resulting in people dieing and becoming seriously I'll because they haven't changed other hand book this petition is about implementing a law or a standard exam every couple of years
