Full pay for all employees whilst sick, for at least six weeks with no waiting days. Paid for by the employer. To be made law, as it stands a person can be earning £500+ a week then through no fault of their own end up on SSP which is around £70 per week, after three waiting days. This is less than the minimum wage!
