Rejected petition procecution of arrainged marrieges under the age of concent

There is a growing and hidden abuse of the arrainged marriage system going on mainly due for the aquisition of Uk passports.
Many mainly young Asian girls under the age of sexual consent are having arrainged marraiges condoned by their families.
I want these families and the ""husband" to be prosecuted,the families for abuse of a minor and the husband for unlawfull sex with a minor, I would also like the "marraiges" to be disolved and not legally binding in this country
