Closed Clarification of UK/EU teeth whitening laws

Having extensivley petitioned the EU commission and been provided with clarification regarding the EU position on the legalitys of cosmetic teeth whitening under EU law, we require clarification regarding the legal position in the UK. While we are aware of 2 case studies Jamous and Taylor-Valles, The EU has stated that these are private prosecutions brought by a PRIVATE organisation and that they would reprimand them if they could, but as a private organisation they can not. We want Parliament to PASS a law that clarifies the provision of a cosemtic product as legal in the UK in line with EU laws
