Rejected petition Revamp the Children’s play park on Town End Farm.

Clear up and revamp the play park on the Town End Farm estate in Sunderland and install lockable gates to be locked on a night to stop it getting ruined by older kids.

More details

Our children have no where to play or burn off their energy unless we walk for a couple of mile to the next estate and with young children that can be a problem if people don’t have transport. The park has no swings and rubbish covers the area and it has not been updated in many years so all play equipment is old. There should be high gates that can be locked to stop older children from entering the park after hours and ruining the equipment for the younger children.
