Petition New Laws on Receiving Benefits and Childbirth

Benefits - there should be a 'put in to get out scheme'. No person can receive any benefits unless they are prepared to work or carry out community services under supervision. People claiming disability benefits should be given positions suitable to their disability.

Childbirth - people seeking to have children should be means tested to prove they can provide for the children ie they should not be mainly dependant on benefits. Further to this no family should have more than three children unless they can prove that they have raised the first two children well and can provide for the children themselves.
