We, the undersigned demand the resignation of Owen Paterson as Sec. of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; also the resignation of Lord Smith as Chairman of the same Department. Their gross mismanagement of the Department, and disregard for recent flood victims, makes their positions untenable.
