Your whole ethos seems to be that UK taxpayers money is for spending on foreigners overseas than it is for using it properly to improve the lives and environment of the people who are forced, under threat of criminality, to hand over their money to you - rich celebrities and politicians exempt, of course, because they are advised by HMRC on how to avoid and evade handing over their money to you.
