Petition Lee Rigby deserves a memorial the same as Stephen Lawrence

Recently Royal Greenwich Council have refused Drummer Lee Rigby a memorial plaque as they do not feel it appropriate, what we wanna know is why not!!

We want Lee Rigby to be remembered just the same way as Stephen Lawrence and Charles Menedez have it's only right.
