As residents of Southville we want the decision for the Resident’s Parking Scheme to be overruled. We do not want this enforced in our area and will not be dictated to by the Council that we are only permitted 3 vehicles per household and only 100 visitors per year. We are not paying to park in our area and have the amount of parking reduced and have pay & display enforced.
