2012 saw the goernment raise £6 billion in Vehicle excise duty and a further £27 billion in fuel duty.
If any other body raised money under false pretences, they would be prosecuted for fraud.
This petition is to stop any further Vehicle Excise Duty being collected until the Government spends the money it has collected for roads on repairing them to A1 standard.
