When signing a contract (i.e. mortgage, mobile phone etc) key information such as minimum charges must be clearly visible i.e. a the top of terms and conditions rather than hidden on page 10 for instance. it is unfair to expect to expect the average man or woman to read countless pages to get get core essential information.
