The government need to reform the childrens act and areas surrounding family law, this needs bringing up to date. There are too many parents that take advantage of the system and flout court orders with proper sanctions if they are broken. Court orders are too easy to break these days. Parents with parental responsibility should have equal rights in the upbringing of their child/children.
