Closed petition Consolidate all petitons that refer to foreign aid

I call upon the Government to consolidate all petitions that are similar and cross very similar reasoning that the British Government must reduce foreign aid expenditure
The amount of monies sent to foreign countries is absurd when there are many many sectors of the country that need the money far more than foreign countries, including many development and infrastructure projects.
I also request a public referendum to ask the general public if they agree with the expenditure, to include to ask the Government to supply reasoning to why they are sending such huge amounts of money to foreign aid when they are borrowing huge amounts and are in so much debt to the IMF.
