Rejected petition vote for th U.K to stay out foreign conflict and the affairs of other nations

the U.K, no longer a rich or powerful state, should not dictate the way other nations run their affairs.How would we like it if for example a Muslim nation, decided they didn't like the way our 'free state' operates and decided to take action? I would suggest Western powers put their own house in order and keep out of the affairs of others. Why waste money, resources and most importantly, the lives of U.K citizens, in these pointless disputes?
