It is time to scrap HS2 saving billions of poundS, this money should be used to upgrade the flood defences. While 1000s of people are flooded, risking loseing their homes and buusineses. Towns all over the South and South West of England are being destroyed by floods.
Which is more important faster train times or our towns and seasides.
