We want to rapidly decrease crime within five years to make criminals easily identifiable through the use of compulsory DNA testing. This will hopefully make the public in YOUR area feel safer and potentially BE safer once everybody's DNA has been taken, so we are able to catch those criminals quicker and a lot easier.
