Why are the DVLA taking to long to renew HGV vocational licences after paying for a doctor to have a medical then the DVLA medical board hold up the drivers licence so he or she cannot work and cause misery to there families, and put Owner Drivers out of Business. Then have to claim Benefits costing the Government money. The 56 days allowed is way to long,they should be returned within 7 days.
