Rejected petition stop foreign aid and defend ourselves

We have gone to far supporting others,our country has an urgent and great need to defend our coast line from future natural disasters, such as the current floods,our armed forces have been cut to bone, we are constantly being told we have tighten our belts when we are giving away billions in foreign aid.needy others might be.but charity begins at home.If there is a need for cut backs it must be what we give away.
