In the event that Scotland becomes an independent nation, we require the UK Government to apply the same visa restrictions and immigration controls as are required for all non-EU (or EU as the case may be) nationals who want to live in the UK. Scottish nationals already living here must have their UK passports cancelled and be deported until they acquire the neccesary visas or have been granted UK citizenship.
