We want the Government to make Legal Aid available for all claimants who are appealing an incorrect decision as a result of attending a Work Capability Assessment by French IT firm ATOS.

As claimants have either had their benefits cut or stopped completely, Legal Aid would be an enormous help to claimants with genuine illnesses and disabilities.
