This petition calls on the Government to consider redirecting cash allocated to the proposed Birmingham to London rail link (HS2) to improve transport links to Plymouth and the South West.

This cash could be used to improve and repair rail links whilst reviewing the road infrastructure and future of the City's airport.

The link from Birmingham to London is already more than adequate and investing this money in the South West would have a far wider impact.
