Petition Armed Forces Ombudsman be established

Creation of an Armed Forces Ombudsman which is then promoted within the Armed Forces so that Forces personal are aware of it's existence unlike the current service complaints commission, which most serving personnel and ex serving personnel are unaware of. This would enable a soldier when necessary to make a valid complaint or argument and not be brushed aside by his/hers Chain of Command as readily as can happen at this time.
