loss of BBC & ITV satellite channels in Spain is a disregard and contempt for human rights for British Pensioners who worked for years paying their tv licenses. Many people are retired and English TV has always been their source of keeping abreast with their home country. The channels must be reinstated as there no plausible reason for the action taken.
