Rejected petition spend overseas aid on the UK for people/areas in need

I would like the government to consider spending the money they give to overseas aid on the UK, specifically areas such as flood hit communities, flood prevention programmes, and supporting of ex military personnel who leave the Armed Forces and are potentially homeless and living on the streets.
