Suspend all overseas aid and redirect to all flooded and affected areas of the UK during any current and forthcoming severe weather periods. We should be looking after 'our own' at times of crisis and legislation should be changed to reflect this so that taxpayers money is redirected to 'our' areas of immediate need.
