Closed That legal proceedings be commenced against the Spanish Government for their harassment of all EU citizens crossing the Gibraltarian/ Spanish border

I am 8 years old and I live in York. My cousins, grandparents, uncles and aunts live in Gibraltar, and my mummy is Gibraltarian.

I want to send the Spanish government to court because I would like the Spanish government to
stop being mean to the Gibraltarian, British and Spanish people (and anyone else) crossing the frontier.
I think the only way is to take them to court.
Please can you discuss this in Parliament.
