Rejected petition foreign aid to become home aid

due to our crumbling sea defences, rail infrastructure and inland flooding and obvious climate changes if we are to be able to maintain Britain's farming and industrial output we need to cut foreign aid in half and divert this money into protecting our flood defences and moving our coastal rail systems inland the government must now see that it is imperative to our economy to half foreign aid and all this money go into rebuilding our infrastructure.
