To sustain the resources, the worlds population needs to be limitedin the future. Due to better health and living standards in developed countries, where we are being told people can expect to live to a 100, it seems wrong to reward people who choose to have more than 2 children. The money saved could then be used to benefit third world countries in health, education clean water etc. provision.
