Closed Alzheimer’s fight for Continuing Health Care

Give care needs to members of the public who have a legal right to receive N.H.S. funding.

My wife and I have been paying into the system for sixty years, and now my beloved wife is now in a local care home E.M.I. unit with Alzheimer’s. 12 months ago I was advised by the social services that my wife met the their initial assessment to apply for Continuing Health Care this was then applied for and turned down by the North Yorkshire Humberside Commissioning Support Unit Continuing Care Team.
