This petition calls upon the Government to consider building a new modern inland rail link suitable for 100mph plus running between Exeter and Plymouth for the future use by new electric trains from London / Bristol and Cross Country via Birmingham. The South Devon Sea Wall route via Dawlish to be suitably modernised & maintained as a working heritage route to serve Torbay.
