Petition Review all Fire Station closures and downgradings in the UK..

More details

The present adverse weather is yet again calling upon the Fire Service to do its utmost to save life, protect property and to render humanitarian services.

Throughout the UK Local Authorities are voting to close Fire Stations and downgrade others, both in urban and rural communities, based mainly on statistical information regarding fires.

This Government must intervene as a matter of urgency and instruct these Local Authorities to review their proposals, in the knowledge that these Natural Disasters are occurring more frequently.
