Rejected petition To opt in/out to receive communication in either English or Welsh and not both.

I want to have the choice to receive any form of communication in either English or Welsh and not forced to receive both.

I received communication which was 4 pages in English and 4 pages in Welsh. Friends received 14 pages in English and 14 pages in Welsh on shielding. The waste of resources during the climate crisis is shameful. Also the cost to the tax payer having everything in duplicate.
