For the government to cease Foreign aid budgets for foreign countries that have the ability to have Nuclear weapons or power, have a space programme or GDP 75% of that of the UK.

This is requested due to the recent issues concering the floods and lack of funding and also the austerity the United Kingdom is facing. If cuts are required to the benefits and Support systems to United Kingdom Citizens then money should be kept in the United Kingdom to benefit us and not foreign countries
