For some time theres been talk of the need to have another bank holiday and what im proposing is just that. Its based on something very British and is enjoyed worldwide by millions, the dish is CHEESE........ ON........... TOAST! kills 2 birds with 1 stone, a much needed bank holiday plus paying homage to such a versatile snack or even tea with beans on it!
