Rejected petition Allow Ukrainian residents UK visa rights.

The UK has stopped accepting visa applications from Ukrainians, which has denied them safe passage to The UK. We should support Ukraine in it's struggle against Russian invasion in every way possible, including allowing fleeing residents to seek asylum in The UK.
